We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join
our growing clinic.

About the Role:
  • Being the first point of contact for patients, greeting them and ensuring a comfortable environment.
  • Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails.
  • Processing payments and managing daily banking
  • Liaising with dental labs and handling referrals.
  • General administration tasks and record keeping.
About You:
  • Prior experience in the medical/dental industry.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of treatment plans, procedures, and fees.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in dental software (EXACT preferred).
  • Flexible with working days.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care
