Location: Werribee and Truganina VIC
Position Type: Casual

We are currently looking for experienced Medical Receptionists to join our friendly teams in
Werribee and Truganina.

Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience in medical reception/customer service
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in using medical software (Best Practice or similar)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients and managing front desk operations
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Providing information to patients about procedures
  • Managing billing and receipting
  • Entering and scanning patient data and documents
  • Faxing and filing
Flexibility in hours and willingness to cover other shifts as needed is required. Travel between our Friendly Medical Centre in Werribee and HealthWest Medical & Specialist Centre may be necessary.
