Corporate Receptionist

$72,500 per annum plus super

  • Full time role, Monday to Friday 08:30 -16:30
  • Based at a leading global financial institution
  • Sydney CBD location, close to Circular Quay

Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.

We currently have a role for a Corporate Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a professional, polite, and efficient reception service. Along with day-to-day reception operations, you will assist with service of the meeting rooms according to business demands. This may also include supporting the catering team as and when required.

THE POSITION

  • Create a warm, welcoming first impression by greeting visitors, managing sign-ins, and handling calls
  • Keep front-of-house areas looking professional and flag anything that needs attention
  • Support facilities by coordinating cleaning and maintenance and checking shared spaces regularly
  • Manage meeting room bookings and respond to enquiries quickly and courteously
  • Stay on top of emails and phone enquiries to ensure timely responses
  • Capture and track client feedback to help improve the overall experience

THE PERSON

  • Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel
  • Natural with meeting and engaging a wide range of people; and able to form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Exceptional customer service skills and an excellent communicator
  • Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

*Due to the nature of this role, a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting, therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement*
