Full job description
Experienced Medical Centre Receptionist.
- Scheduling appointments in-person and over the phone
- Greeting patients, answering phone calls and addressing any inquiries
- Processing billing and payments
- Faxing, scanning, filing and mailing documentation
- Maintaining inventory of clinical supplies and stationery
- general maintenance and keeping the premises clean
- Maintaining patient and practice information confidentiality at all times
- Liaising with doctors, nurses, specialists and allied health
- Part- time position
- Good communication skills and experience with multicultural population
Experience with "Best Practice" and "Genie" software preferred.
Experience in working in a specialist medical practice is preferred but not mandatory.
Training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westmead NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
