o join Western Gynaecology as our new Medical Receptionist with an immediate September start date! Weare looking for an engaging professional to join our team for 20 hours per week at an excellent rate of $32.00 per hour (Casual or Contractor). Enjoy free onsite parking and flexible weekday hours across Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday (negotiable) Why Work With Us?

Your Daily Impact
- Welcome Patients: Be the warm, empathetic face that makes women feel safe and supported.
- Manage the Desk: Answer phone calls, coordinate calendars, and reply to client emails.
- Keep Things Moving: Use
Genie software to manage clinical paperwork, data entry, and billing.
- Support the Doctor: Work closely with Dr Singla to ensure the daily clinic runs smoothly.What We Need From You
- Genie Software Skills: You have confident, practical experience using Genie medical software.
- Warm Personality: You are naturally kind, patient, and excellent at communicating.
- Medical Experience: Prior experience in a medical reception or specialist clinic is essential.
- Top-Tier Organization: You bring strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
