Full job description

Experienced Medical Centre Receptionist.

  • Scheduling appointments in-person and over the phone
  • Greeting patients, answering phone calls and addressing any inquiries
  • Processing billing and payments
  • Faxing, scanning, filing and mailing documentation
  • Maintaining inventory of clinical supplies and stationery
  • general maintenance and keeping the premises clean
  • Maintaining patient and practice information confidentiality at all times
  • Liaising with doctors, nurses, specialists and allied health
  • Part- time position
  • Good communication skills and experience with multicultural population

Experience with "Best Practice" and "Genie" software preferred.

Experience in working in a specialist medical practice is preferred but not mandatory.

Training will be provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Westmead NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
