The Role – Part time Records Officer 3 days per week

We are looking for a Part time Records Clerk for our Records department based at Leichardt Medical & Dental Centre. Working 3 week days from 8.30am to 4.30pm. You will be responsible for responding to requests for medical records as well as performing additional clerical duties.

The successful applicant will have a high level of integrity and maturity when dealing with the large volumes of confidential documentation received. We also require an individual who is independent and can take responsibility for turnaround times.

Experience & Attribute
  • Previous Administration experience is required
  • Previous experience with documentation allocation and records is preferred but not essential
  • Professional & personable telephone manner
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 30 wpm typing speed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative, time-management & flexibility
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
