A Day in the Life You will report to the Medical Field Manager and join the NSW Medical Field team covering North Sydney / Upper and lower North Shore/Northern Beaches/Chatswood and surrounds(with occasional regional/rural travel). This role connects dermatologists and GPs to our dermatological brands and drives territory performance.
  • Customer Engagement & Growth: Build strong relationships with dermatologists and GPs, detail dermatological formulations and secure clinical recommendations.
  • Territory Planning & Omnichannel Execution: Develop and implement a territory business plan combining face‑to‑face and digital engagements to deliver a personalised omni‑channel customer experience.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; share intel with your territory brand buddy and log daily activity in Veeva CRM.
  • Events & Advocacy: Represent the brand at conferences, host or attend medical events and act as a trusted brand ambassador.
We Are Looking For You are motivated, curious and commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills. Required:
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Commercial & Customer‑Centric Selling
  • Clinical / Therapeutic Knowledge (dermatology advantageous)
  • Omnichannel Engagement & Digital Communication
  • CRM & Data‑driven Reporting (Veeva experience beneficial) Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or a field of science preferred but not essential. Previous medical sales experience with GPs or specialists is highly regarded.
