We are seeking a passionate and organised Resident & Community Experience Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing – Integrated Care, this role is responsible for leading resident engagement, community partnerships and Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services across our residential community. You will help create a vibrant and inclusive environment where residents feel connected, engaged and empowered to live life their way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate lifestyle, wellbeing and community engagement programs.
  • Develop and manage Maroba's annual activities and events calendar.
  • Coordinate and grow the HELF and Resident Select programs.
  • Facilitate resident forums, feedback initiatives and the Resident Advisory Council.
  • Support residents to access lifestyle, wellbeing and community services.
  • Build strong partnerships with volunteers, schools, churches and community organisations.
  • Promote participation, belonging and quality of life across the Maroba community.
  • Monitor program outcomes and support continuous improvement.

About You

  • Passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
  • Experienced in community engagement, aged care, or a related field
  • Experience in sales would be valuable
  • Highly organised with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, collaborative and resident-focused.
