About the Role

Combining clinical expertise with commercial acumen, the Associate Sales Representative is responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering value-driven solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals. Supporting Arthrex's industry-leading Sports Medicine portfolio, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to both customer success and ongoing business growth.

Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:

  • Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer’s pain points
  • Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
  • Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
  • Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans

About the Requirements

  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical device sales highly regarded
  • Degree qualifications in Health Sciences or a related discipline
  • Well-suited to commercially minded Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Orthopaedic Theatre Nurses, and other healthcare professionals looking to transition into a sales career
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships
  • Collaborative team player with a relationship-focused approach to customer engagement
  • Strategic thinker who can confidently challenge and influence customers to achieve positive outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer and clinical outcomes
