Your new role:
Join the Research and Learning Network within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) as a Clinical Measurement Scientist (Physical Health), coordinating clinical research across the Mental and Physical Health research group.
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of specialist clinical research activities, including data collection and research records.
Provide advanced clinical and research expertise when working with patients with complex care needs within a research framework.
Support participant recruitment, informed consent, education and coordination while ensuring research protocols, safety and ethical requirements are met.
Contribute to quality improvement, service development, clinical education and the integration of research outcomes into clinical practice.
About you:
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Measurement Scientist who can combine advanced clinical knowledge with strong research, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bring advanced knowledge and expertise in Clinical Measurement Science, particularly for patients experiencing mental and physical health comorbidity.
Demonstrate advanced clinical research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate research activities while maintaining informed consent, confidentiality and safety.
Communicate effectively with research teams, clinicians, managers and stakeholders, providing specialist advice and managing complex issues.
Provide leadership, training and support to less experienced staff and students, while contributing to the development and improvement of research procedures and protocols.
