Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated relevant knowledge skill and expertise, at a minimum, obtained through tertiary education, but increasing commensurate with experience.
Demonstrated ability to undertake diagnostic testing, developing the ability to undertake more complex tasks with clinical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member under the direction of more senior practitioners, producing an effective work output and quality.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, client focus and ability to communicate effectively.
Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to comply with organisational policies and procedures, and assist the laboratory to comply with all relevant legislative, administrative, and professional standards including meeting NATA / ISO / TGA accreditation / certification requirements.
