Full job description

The role

We are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team at Noranda Palms Medical Centre. This is long-term role, previous reception experience is preferred but not essential.

In this role you will be:

- Meeting and greeting patients

- Answering phone and emails for enquiries and appointments

- Invoice management, EFTPOS billing

- General tidying up

- Providing general administration duties including filing records, typing medical reports and letters, sterilising medical equipment, patient follow ups and recalls, faxing referrals.

Preferable skills:

- Excellent work ethic and professionalism

- Good communication, customer service skills and excellent phone manner.

- Exceptional time management, ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.

- Microsoft office competency , Best Practice use

This role is for local applicants only. A police clearance check will be requirement prior to commencement.

All training will be done on the job.
