Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate demonstrates the following:
- Understanding of JMO Annual Medical Recruitment processes, AHPRA registration and visa requirements for Junior and Senior Medical Officers and TESL.
- Experience preparing and taking accurate minutes for meetings.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly StaffLink and experience using recruitment systems and databases, including ROB.
- Ability to navigate complex processes while adhering to strict policy standards to assist in the end-to-end recruitment processes for the Medical Workforce.
