Medical Typist/Secretary - 2 or 3 days per week
Newland Street Specialist Centre
We are looking for a professional, well mannered and hard working typist/secretary to join our friendly team.
You may also be required to relieve our full time typist for annual leave from time to time.
Medical typist experience essential. The practice uses a custom designed / File maker program. Training will be provided.
You will be supporting medical specialists (gastroenterologists & endocrinologists) with their reports and letters.
You will need to be experienced with medical terminology, medical digital and dictaphone typing.
Accuracy and speed are paramount. Minimum of 70-80 words/minute.
Front desk reception and secretarial duties also required.
You will work in a supportive team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service orientated.
Must have personality to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.

The Clinic has been established for more than 30 years. It has an excellent record for staff satisfaction and retention. The CEO & Management strive to provide a positive and supportive environment for all its staff members.
Hourly rate negotiable, depending on experience.
