Lexihut Legal and Medical Services Pty Ltd is growing, and you might just be who we are looking for!
Qualified transcribers with transcription experience working within the healthcare and/or legal sector is very much welcome to apply (having a skill set for both industries would definitely be a bonus!).

Qualified transcribers with transcription experience working within the healthcare and/or legal sector is very much welcome to apply (having a skill set for both industries would definitely be a bonus!).
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Responsibilities and Duties Consist of the following but not limited to:
- Applicants must at least have five years’ experience in the field of transcription.
- Typing speed of at least 60 wpm (or higher) with a minimum of 99% accuracy is required.
- Applicants must be highly proficient in both spoken and written English. Familiarity with various accents is highly regarded.
- Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, able to demonstrate ample computer literacy, and familiar with various transcription apps/tools.
- Familiarity with various practice management systems or EMR’s is a plus.
- Applicants must have great reading and listening skills; ability to adhere to various guidelines per client is required.
- Ability to perform under pressure, with time constraints, is a must.
- Great communication skills
- Applicants must be amenable to work mid-shifts, night shifts, and holidays.
- MS Office literacy, including Excel and Outlook
- Technologically savvy (good with computers), adept at doing Google research (or any other search engine utilisation).
