About the Team & Office
Join a high-performing team based in Sydney passionate about all things creative writing! You will play a vital role in the development of creative ideas and solutions for our clients.

A day in the life?
As a Creative Writer, you’ll bring audio campaigns to life with high-quality, engaging commercial content. You’ll:

• Write compelling advertising scripts and bring a genuine passion for audio production to on‑air client campaigns
• Collaborate on ideation, writing, and production of audio commercials, including voiceover casting, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations
• Stay ahead of emerging audio technologies to help generate fresh ideas, push creative boundaries, and elevate briefs
• Liaise with sales, content teams, and clients throughout the production process, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and agencies

What You’ll Need

• 2 years successful audio writing experience is desired.
• 2 years customer focused background is desired.
• Award School is highly advantageous.
• A thorough working knowledge of all relevant rules and regulations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in directing/casting voice talent.
