Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. Looking for some diversity in your role?, We are seeking a casual that is able to work across multiple locations including Kingsway, Joondalup, Prendiville, and our Wembley clinic.

You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer-facing environment and enjoys making a genuine difference to people’s day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience for every patient
  • Coordinating day-to-day reception and clinic operations
  • Managing bookings, invoicing and general admin processes
  • Building strong relationships with patients, health professionals and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems and service delivery
  • Supporting coverage across multiple sites when required

What we’re looking for

We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds — experience in a medical or allied health setting is desirable, but not essential.

  • Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role (medical experienced highly regarded)
  • A people-first mindset with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g. Nookal) is desirable, not essential
