  • Educate employers and apprentices on available support services, incentives, and funding
  • Build strong relationships with schools, RTOs, industry, and community stakeholders
  • Deliver presentations and information sessions at schools, community events, and workplaces
  • Support business development activities to grow apprenticeship commencements
  • Monitor progress, identify risks to retention or completion, and refer to support services
  • Manage time effectively across engagement activities, administration, and KPIs
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and MEGT procedures

Please note: This position is a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract.

About you

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently and building trusted relationship within the community. You will bring:

  • Experience in account management, business development, or similar
  • Strong customer service, communication, and administration skills
  • A professional, customer-focused approach with strong organisation skills
  • A results-oriented mindset balanced with integrity and empathy
  • Knowledge of the VET sector or Australian Apprenticeships (highly regarded)
  • A current driver’s licence and ability to travel
