Full job description

We are currently looking for female Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Kingston.

Must have experience in mental health and supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals. A nursing background is preferred.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

· Community Access: social activities

· Personal Care: medication support, meal preparation, domestic duties

· Supporting client who have challenging behaviours

· Expected to follow the company policies and procedures and code of conduct.

· Monitoring the well-being of clients reporting and documenting on their progress.

· Attending training as required.

You must have:

· Experience in supporting client with mental health

· Current CPR / First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one once commenced

· NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain one

· Current Australian Driver’s License

· Reliable, registered vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance

· Smart mobile phone with internet access
