Pre-Employment Checklist:

To join Bedrock, you will need:

  • Qualification or Tertiary Education Certificate in Psychology, Mental Health, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field (completed or currently studying) (preferred).
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Current Australian Driver’s License (Provisional or Full) and ownership/on-demand use of a roadworthy vehicle (required).

Your Role:

As a Psychosocial Support Worker at Bedrock, you will provide support to individuals living with mental health conditions, helping them lead fulfilling lives. You will work closely with individuals, primarily in their homes but also within the community, assisting with daily activities, achieving personal goals, and improving their overall quality of life. Your work will be person-centred, focusing on empowering individuals to navigate daily challenges, develop their strengths, and build resilience.

Compensation:
This part-time casual role offers a base salary starting from $41.77 per hour (plus superannuation) on weekdays, with higher rates for weekends and evening shifts.
