The Role

You’ll provide high-quality, one-to-one support to people living with physical, psychosocial, and intellectual disabilities.

Every day is different — you might assist with:

  • Personal care, daily living, and home-based supports
  • Community access, social participation, and appointments
  • Building independence, confidence, and life skills
  • Emotional support and companionship
  • Shift documentation and communication through ShiftCare

What You’ll Need

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check recently completed
  • Working With Children Check (if supporting minors)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Orientation Module (free online – we’ll guide you through it if needed)
  • Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
  • Minimum 6 months experience in disability, mental health, or community services highly regarded
