Support Workers, Mental Health Workers, Community Workers & Social Workers Wanted

Bridges Care Services Pty Ltd

Locations: Victoria, New South Wales (Sydney), and Regional Australia

Bridges Care Services Pty Ltd is a growing NDIS and community services provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers, Mental Health Workers, Community Workers, Residential Care Officers, and Social Workers to join our expanding team.

Visa Sponsorship Available

Bridges Care Services is pleased to offer 482 Skills in Demand (Employer Sponsored) Visa sponsorship for suitable overseas and onshore applicants in eligible roles, including:

  • Community Workers
  • Residential Care Officers
  • Support Workers (where eligible)
  • Mental Health Workers (where eligible)

Applicants requiring sponsorship must meet Australian visa eligibility requirements and demonstrate relevant qualifications and experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Ageing Support, or a related qualification (or currently studying).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals.

No Experience? No Problem!
