What We're Looking For

We are gearing up for our upcoming Summer period and are currently looking for some great young people to join our team in the following roles:

• Restaurant Waitstaff – Junior (15 to 18 years old)
• Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher – Junior (15 to 18 years old)

Restaurant Waitstaff – Junior

Have you already got some front of house or restaurant experience, or are you looking to kickstart your career in hospitality?

We are looking for great individuals to join our Front of House team.

The successful applicants will be provided with comprehensive training, valuable hospitality experience and the opportunity to develop their confidence, communication and customer service skills.

Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher – Junior

Are you looking for your first job, or perhaps already have some experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, café or similar environment?

We're looking for reliable and hard-working juniors to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Hands / Dishwashers.

This is a great entry-level hospitality role for someone who is happy to get stuck in, work hard and become an important part of a busy kitchen team.

Your role will primarily involve keeping our kitchen running smoothly by helping with dishes, glassware, cleaning and maintaining a clean and organised wash-up area. You'll also assist our chefs and kitchen team with basic kitchen duties, cleaning, restocking and other general tasks when required.

You don't need years of experience — we can teach you what you need to know. What matters most to us is your attitude, reliability and willingness to work.

Questions to ask yourself before applying for our Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher role:

• Are you happy to work hard and stay busy throughout your shift?
• Are you reliable and punctual, and someone your teammates can count on?
• Are you comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift?
• Are you happy doing hands-on jobs such as washing dishes, cleaning, taking out rubbish and keeping the kitchen organised?
• Can you work quickly while still doing the job properly and keeping your work area clean?
• Are you good at listening to instructions and willing to learn from our chefs and senior kitchen team?
• Are you a team player who is happy to help out wherever needed?
• Can you easily get to and from our Bulimba location, including later at night when you may sometimes finish around 8:30–9:00pm?

Pay: $17.00 – $45.00 per hour
