Experienced Waiters – Aalia, Sydney

Aalia, part of the prestigious ESCA Group (home to Ito 1 Hat, Nour 1 Hat, Lilymu, Joji, and more), is a 2-Hatted fine dining Middle Eastern restaurant in Sydney. We are seeking experienced runners or expediters to join our fast-paced, award-winning front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-calibre fine dining environment and gain exposure to elite service standards.

About the Role

As a waiter at Aalia, you will:

• Provide attentive, refined service in line with our fine-dining concept.
• Guide guests through the menu and deliver professional beverage service.
• Work seamlessly with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure a polished guest experience.
• Maintain Aalia’s reputation as a 1-Hatted dining destination.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a fine dining, Hat-awarded, or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
