Supervisor
JRM is recruiting experienced hospitality supervisors to join our operations team as Field Supervisors, overseeing our casual workforce across premium venues and client sites throughout Sydney.
This is not a venue-based role.
This is a mobile leadership position responsible for supporting staff, maintaining service standards, strengthening client relationships and ensuring operations run smoothly across multiple locations, including corporate offices, boardrooms, events, stadiums and premium hospitality venues.

About the Role
You will represent JRM on the ground, ensuring our staff perform to standard, clients are supported, and operational issues are resolved in real time.

• Conducting regular on-site check-ins across client venues and locations
• Supporting and supervising casual teams during busy service periods
• Ensuring staff meet JRM standards for grooming, presentation, punctuality and service
• Building strong relationships with both clients and JRM staff
• Acting as an escalation point for staff and client issues during shifts
• Reporting on staff performance, client feedback and site observations

This role involves regular site visits across Sydney and requires flexibility around peak service periods.

What We're Looking For
This role is suited to an experienced hospitality professional who is confident leading people, managing client expectations and working across different hospitality environments.

• Previous experience working at hotel, corporate hospitality, restaurant, events and functions.
• Strong understanding of service standards in premium hospitality settings
• Professional presentation and communication
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to effectively lead teams while liaising with VIP clients
• Experience in hatted/Michelin star or corporate environments is highly regarded
