Full job description

Our Investment Operations team in Sydney supports the accurate and timely processing of investment activities across portfolios. We work across Corporate Actions and Asset Valuation and Data Management to ensure data quality, pricing accuracy and operational integrity for our clients.

This is a 6-month Max-Term Contract.

What role will you play?


In this role you will support day to day operations across Corporate Actions and Asset Valuation and Data Management during a busy period. You will process corporate action events, support security valuations and maintain data accuracy, while working closely with internal teams and external providers to meet strict deadlines and manage risk. You will also contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives.

What you offer


  • 1+ years of experience in corporate actions, pricing, reference data or a related middle office function
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage time sensitive tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to liaise across teams and escalate issues when needed
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, valuation methods and data management processes across asset classes
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and data sources, with a collaborative and solutions focused approach.
