Migration Coordinator

Bullseye Consultants is a growing migration and education consultancy committed to providing professional, personalised and ethical support to clients throughout their education and migration journey.

We are seeking a Migration Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in managing client enquiries, applications, documentation, follow-ups and ongoing case coordination.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Registered Migration Agent, clients and education providers to ensure applications and client matters are handled accurately, professionally and within required timelines.

This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident in dealing with clients, with a genuine interest in developing their knowledge of Australian migration law, policy and education pathways.

Key Responsibilities for the Position:

• Handling inquiries, registrations and follow-ups in a timely manner and fulfilling client needs at every stage of the process.
• Collecting and maintaining accurate client data and maintain client records using company systems.
• Assist Registered Migration Agent for end-to-end file processing to meet deadlines with regards to preparation of various applications with the authorities or professional bodies.
• Filling up applications forms and follow up on the process with education providers to ensure timely processing.
• Answering phone calls and making a log to ensure positive communications with clients.
• Coordinate case work and client files, follow-up with client to ensure timely submissions and keep management systems up to date.
• Liaison between students and education providers for education related services
• Tracking and managing client life cycle pipeline and ensure no deadline is missed whatsoever including visa lodgement, nomination lodgement etc.
• Assist in creating content and participating in marketing activities to engage and build further client base.
• Maintaining professionalism and responsible business practices at all times in accordance with the Code of Ethics.
• Present company value / benefit offering and complete array of services.
• Additional duties as required for the role.

Following skills and experience required:

• Experience in Migration/Education industry will be highly valued
• Must have ability to prioritise tasks and work as part of a team
• A keen interest in further developing your technical skills in the field of migration law and policy.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi (preferred)
• Great attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Computers that includes Microsoft office suite and outlook skills

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
