Capricorn Metals Ltd is a rapidly growing ASX-listed gold company with two long life, high margin modern assets.

Capricorn operates the Karlawinda Gold Project in the Pilbara and is developing a new, large West Australian open pit mining project at Mount Gibson in the Murchison region of Western Australia.

Our Karlawinda Gold Project boasts a mine life of over 12 years and is currently undergoing an exciting expansion. We have increased mining production, and the expansion of the treatment processing plant is now in the construction phase, with commissioning anticipated in the first quarter of FY26. Meanwhile, we expect construction of the Mount Gibson Project to kick off in late 2026.

We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative personnel across multiple disciplines to join this growing business.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant qualifications/certification and mining or industry experience in your field
  • Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current WA class C manual driver’s licence
  • Current National Police Clearance
