Bring your energy to Aggreko as International Logistics Specialist based in Manila or Perth. You’ll work closely with the Mobilisation & Logistics Manager and be responsible for coordinating and optimising all international fleet movements into and out of the AUSPAC region. This role is hands on and ensures the efficient, compliant, and cost effective coordination of international transport activities, supporting both operational requirements and large scale projects.

What you’ll do as International Logistics Specialist]:

  • Work closely with freight forwarders, internal stakeholders, and regional depots to deliver logistics solutions that meet business timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and high performance outcomes across international logistics operations.

  • Oversee and coordinate all inbound and outbound international fleet movements managed by nominated freight forwarders, ensuring alignment with business requirements

  • Lead RFQ processes for international freight services, including evaluation, selection, and performance management of freight forwarders

  • Coordinate fleet movements between global locations and AUSPAC depots, including bookings/scheduling, preparation of all required shipping and export/import documentation and managing issue as they arise

  • Manage export logistics from AUSPAC depots to international destinations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation

  • Oversee fleet disposals, including consolidation and coordination of assets for scrap or sale in collaboration with the Fleet Manager

  • Ensure all customs, regulatory, and cross-border documentation requirements are met in a timely and compliant manner

  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and cost allocation across international logistics activities

You are / have:

  • Extensive experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management including regulations and compliance requirements specific to Australia and New Zealand.

  • Strong understanding of global shipping processes (both shipping and air), customs regulations, and cross-border compliance

  • Experienced managing freight forwarders, RFQs, and vendor performance

  • Familiar with ERP/logistics systems and financial processes (e.g. PO management, invoicing)

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (desirable)

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to conduct meetings with senior leadership and provide detailed reporting to that senior level

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex, time-sensitive situations

  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy
