Commonry is looking for a confident, reliable in-house fit model to work closely with our design team during garment fit sessions.

This role is not about modelling for campaigns - it's about helping us create better clothes for real women.

As an In-House Fit Model, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in shaping the fit, comfort, and wearability of our collections. Your feedback will directly influence how our garments look, feel, and perform for our customers.

About the Role

• Attend in-house fit sessions (1-4 hours per week, mostly Thursday mornings)
• Based onsite at our St Kilda Road, Melbourne Support Office
• Try on garment samples and provide clear, honest feedback on fit and comfort
• Demonstrate natural movement to assess garment performance
• Share insights from a customer perspective

What We're Looking For

• General administration experience is a must
• Comfortable trying on garments in front of a small team
• Confident communicator with honest, constructive feedback
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• No modelling experience required

• Bust: 110cm
• Waist: 93cm
• Hip: 120cm
• Height: ~172cm
