Whether you’re ready for a career change, returning to work, or currently in a courier position and looking for something more stable- this is your chance to get your MR Truck licence and build a career with real growth and long-term potential.

The Transport Pathway Program offers a clear route to becoming a qualified MR Driver, providing comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a structured development plan to help you gain your MR Truck Licence. Build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in your community.

Your primary base will be our Minchinbury facility, with the flexibility to work across nearby sites as needed. • Earn while you learn – gain valuable hands-on warehouse experience while completing your MR Licence training.
  • Receive dedicated support from an experienced mentor and a supportive L&D team who will guide you every step of the way.
  • Build a long-term career with one of Australia's most trusted organisations, offering clear development pathways and ongoing support to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Join a diverse, inclusive and collaborative team of MR Drivers where everyone is valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Start your journey with a business that is committed to investing in your growth, development and future success.

You’ll Be:

  • Safely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility
  • Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
  • Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups

What You’ll Need:

  • Bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to building a long-term career.
  • Be willing to complete your truck licence training with our support, including successfully passing the manual truck driving course.
  • Have the physical capability to safely load and unload freight of varying shapes, sizes and weights, with frequent lifting and movement in and out of the vehicle up to 30kgs
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday from 6:00am, with flexibility around finish times to meet operational requirements.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and an understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
  • Possess a customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meet our safe working load requirement of 120kg or less.

We welcome people all ages, genders and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, and refugees. We’re a Disability Confident Recruiter, committed to making our hiring process and workplace inclusive and barrier-free. We’re also working hard to remove bias and build a gender-equitable experience for everyone who joins us.
