Our Roles

Store Manager: Leads our people, store performance, and strategy to deliver a high-performing guest first experience.

Assistant Manager, Guest Experience: Leads and develops the team to create exceptional in-store experiences.

Assistant Manager, Operations: Oversees store operations to ensure efficiency across labour, scheduling, inventory and processes.

Guest Experience Lead: Inspires team to deliver amazing guest experiences and drive daily sales performance.

Product Operations Lead: Supports inventory and product processes to keep the store organised and stocked.

Community Specialist: Builds local partnerships and drives community engagement within and outside our retail store.

Visual Merchandising Specialist: Brings the store to life through impactful product presentation and visual execution.

Educator: Delivers exceptional product education and guest first experiences and support across the entire store.

Work Context (e.g., environment, interactions, physical)

• Work involves moving through a store with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes sitting for extended periods
• Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices
• Work will involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
