Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Chatswood

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Support NAB’s North Sydney Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

• A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every, transaction is efficient and accurate

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 09:15am – 4:15pm and Thursday 9:15am - 5:15pm.

Your home branch will be Chatswood however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Crows Nest, Dee Why, Forestway, Lane Cove, Manly, Mona Vale, Mosman, North Sydney, St Ives & Warringah Mall branches so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
