Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Nail Technician to join our team.

Duties include:

  • Performing manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing and decorative nail art
  • Applying, maintaining and removing artificial, acrylic, gel and other nail enhancement systems
  • Repairing damaged, cracked or broken nails and providing specialised hand and foot treatments
  • Performing light hand, arm and foot massages as part of nail treatments
  • Consulting with clients to determine their preferred nail treatments, designs and suitable services
  • Advising clients on nail care, treatment procedures and suitable cosmetic or nail-care products
  • Maintaining client treatment records and arranging appointments where required
  • Cleaning, disinfecting and sterilising nail tools, equipment and treatment areas in accordance with hygiene requirements
  • Monitoring nail products, tools and salon supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
  • Recommending and selling relevant nail-care products and additional salon services
  • Training and supervising junior Nail Technicians to maintain service, hygiene and treatment standards

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights are required
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • At least a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Availability for full-time employment
  • Ability to work on-site

Pay: $79,499.00 per year
