Full job description
Are you equal parts analytical thinker and organisational wizard? Do you love turning data into insights, solving complex problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you get a strange amount of satisfaction from a well-built spreadsheet and a perfectly executed plan?
We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with at least two years of experience in supply chain, production or product development to help optimise and support the global supply chain that brings Sage x Clare collections to life.
This role sits at the heart of our Design + Production team and plays an important part in ensuring our products move seamlessly from concept to customer. You'll work across supplier management, production planning, inventory, logistics and reporting, helping us make informed decisions, improve efficiencies and keep everything running on track.
You'll be the person who spots potential issues before they become problems. Whether it's identifying supply chain risks, analysing production timelines, monitoring supplier performance or finding opportunities to improve costs and efficiencies, you'll use your analytical mindset to support better business outcomes.
Working closely with our suppliers, freight partners and internal teams, you'll help coordinate the flow of information across the product lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, clear communication and smooth delivery from sampling through to bulk production and arrival into our warehouse.
We know you'll thrive in this role if you're highly organised, naturally curious and love getting into the detail. You're confident working with data, enjoy identifying trends and can translate information into practical recommendations. You can juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and stay calm when plans inevitably need to change.
You're also someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You'll work closely with Design, Production, Warehouse and Accounts, building strong relationships with both internal teams and global suppliers to help bring our collections to life.
Collaboration's in your DNA and you're always willing to roll up your sleeves and help where needed. Whether it's problem-solving a production challenge, reviewing inventory data, coordinating logistics or supporting operational needs during busy periods, you're ready to jump in.
Ready to play a key role in bringing our colourful, joy-filled collections from idea to reality? We'd love to hear from you.
So who is Sage x Clare?
We're an online retail store centred around an artisanal, handmade approach to quality, placing an emphasis on the emotive and lifestyle attributes of our products. We love anything with pattern, colour and texture. We choose to surround ourselves with pieces that make us feel happy rather than subscribing to any one particular style.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a supply chain, production coordination or product development role within the homewares, apparel or textile industry
- Minimum 2+ years' experience working with global suppliers and offshore manufacturing processes, with experience working with suppliers in India highly regarded
- Experience working in supply chain analytics, reporting, or across the full product lifecycle from development through to delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable business recommendations
- An understanding of supply chain optimisation principles and continuous improvement practices
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate information and data integrity
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A positive, can-do attitude, proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Experience using a PLM system and/or ERP will be highly regarded
What you'll need to send us:
- Your cover letter
- Your resume / CV
NB: This is a full-time position located in our Bayswater, Victoria office.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation.
