We are seeking an Infrastructure Network Administrator to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne. This role is responsible for maintaining computer networks and solving any problems that may occur.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer networks and systems
  • Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems
  • Consulting with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions
  • Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete
  • Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
  • Providing network administration and support

You will have:

  • Bachelor degree in IT preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong team work ethic
  • Strong customer focussed work ethic
  • Desire to continually learn and grow
  • General understanding of ITIL process (incident management/change management etc.)
  • Strong, clear communicator with technical and business contacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of a financial services operating environment and core applications and products
