This role sits within Ericsson’s Cloud Services & Software domain, focusing on next-generation Business & Operations Support Systems (B/OSS), including Digital Experience, Monetisation, Charging & Billing, and Service Orchestration.
You will play a key role in modernising customer networks as they transition to cloud-native environments. In this position, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure smooth solution delivery, high customer satisfaction, and successful adoption of emerging Ericsson technologies such as 5G Core Charging Access Function (CAF) and the Evolved Charging & Billing Solution (CBEV).
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team, build deep product and domain expertise, and partner closely with Australia and New Zealand’s largest telecom operators.

What you will do

  • Lead customer engagement throughout project delivery to ensure solution acceptance and seamless handover into live production environments.
  • Analyse customer business requirements and translate them into high-quality solution designs aligned with Ericsson’s architecture frameworks.
  • Support the transition of Core Commerce and Monetisation applications to cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Develop, review and deliver technical documentation across all project stages (design, integration, testing, deployment).
  • Execute and support system integration, configuration, and testing activities, ensuring adherence to Ericsson delivery methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
  • Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and issue resolution to maintain high service quality.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and integration methods.

You will bring

  • Proven ability to manage complex customer environments and ensure smooth integration of large-scale telecom solutions.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills with the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Ericsson CNIS platform.
  • Experience delivering Charging, Billing or Digital Monetisation solutions.
  • Exposure to large-scale cloud transitions or migration programs in telecom environments.
