About the role
Fixed term temporary part-time opportunity to provide specialist epilepsy care within the Neurology Department at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. You will deliver outpatient services, contribute to EEG reporting and on-call services, and play a key role in teaching, supervision, research, and multidisciplinary care within a major tertiary referral centre.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Clinical management of neurology patients where you are the nominated Neurologist
Participation in out of hours rotations, including weekends, on call, etc. for Neurology services across Metro North.
Demonstrates, including at Performance Appraisal Meetings, the standards of the Professional Practice Framework, Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Values in Action of MN HHS
Productive research outputs as measured by research metrics
