ABOUT THE ROLE

Gym is relaunching as a premium fitness and wellness destination and we're building a team that loves people, health and delivering an exceptional experience.

As a Member Experience & Cafe Team Member, you'll be the face of the gym and wellness facilities. From welcoming members at the front desk to serving coffee or helping guests use our facilities, no two days are the same. You'll work alongside a passionate, close-knit team in a new facility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome and check in members with energy and warmth

• Operate our grab-and-go cafe — coffee, protein drinks, fresh meals and snacks

• Assist members with wellness suite bookings (hyperbaric chamber, infrared saunas, red light therapy and ice bath)

• Manage towel service and ensure the gym is always clean and presentation-perfect

• Assist with new membership sign-ups and upgrades

• Support the team with retail sales in our protein and apparel shop

• Contribute to a positive, high-energy gym culture every single shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine people person you love talking to people and making them feel welcome

• Passion for health, fitness or wellness (gym experience a bonus but not essential)

• Reliable, punctual and takes real pride in their work

• Barista or Social Media experience highly regarded- but we will train the right person

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

• Available across a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings and weekends
