Full job description

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and motivated Barista superstars to join our team.

Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you!

As a Soul Origin Barista, you’ll have access to the highest quality Speciality Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving our Soul Origin customers
  • Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages
  • Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly
  • Ability to work as a team – when you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads, cleaning and housekeeping
  • An understanding of Speciality Coffee will be highly regarded
