Redcape Hospitality is looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join Hotel Elermore in Elermore Vale.

You’ll work across bar and restaurant service in a busy local venue. Bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn—we’ll help you build the skills.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately
  • Process payments and follow responsible service requirements
  • Keep tables, bars and service areas clean, stocked and ready
  • Answer questions and help guests find something they’ll enjoy
  • Work with your team to keep service moving during busy periods

What you’ll bring

  • A friendly, enthusiastic approach to customers and teammates
  • Reliability and a willingness to pitch in during busy service
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG competency credentials
  • Availability for a mix of day, night and weekend shifts
