CRU Bar & Cellar is seeking skilled and passionate Front of House staff looking for a long-term role within our team.

The Role

We are hiring Front of House / Wait Staff with approximately 20–24 or 30–38 hours per week, depending on availability.

What we’re looking for

You will bring:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a busy hospitality venue
• Good wine knowledge, with a strong willingness to learn and develop further
• Confidence recommending wines and guiding guests through the list
• A friendly, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering warm, consistent service
• Availability for night shifts is essential, with finish times up to 1am on busier services.
• A current RSA
• Available to work nights, until as late as 1am

Pay & Conditions:

Cru pays weekly on Tuesdays, in line with the Hospitality Industry General Award (Level 2):

• Base rate: $33.85 per hour
• Saturdays: $40.62 per hour
• Sundays: $47.39 per hour

Highly experienced and knowledgeable candidates may be considered for Level 3.
