Salary: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour (dependent on experience) About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on, energetic Store Manager to take full control of our daily pizzeria operations. This is a true all-rounder role. You will be responsible for everything from dough prep to back-of-house administration.If you are a natural leader who loves making great food, handles rush-hour pressure with ease, and knows how to keep a kitchen running smoothly, we want you on our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen & Production

• Pizza Making: Prepare fresh dough, prep high-quality ingredients, and stretch, toss, and top pizzas.
• Oven Management: Master the operation of our commercial electric pizza ovens to ensure perfect, consistent bakes.

Front of House & Customer Service

• Service Excellence: Greet customers, manage the phone lines, and resolve any customer issues professionally.
• POS & Cash Handling: Manage the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process daily cash drops, and reconcile tills.

Leadership & Administration

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and schedule weekly rosters for floor and kitchen staff.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies from vendors, and manage waste to maintain food cost targets.
• Compliance: Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety (WHS).

✅ What We Need From You

• Experience: Previous management or shift-supervision experience in a pizzeria, fast-casual restaurant, or fast food outlet.
• Technical Skills: Strong pizza-making skills and comfort working with commercial electric deck or conveyor ovens.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including busy Friday/Saturday night shifts and weekends.
• Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
