WE’RE HIRING! MORNING & AFTERNOON SHIFT SUPERVISORS – WESTERN SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

We’re on the hunt for motivated Barista/all-rounder to join our team at the brand‑new Western Sydney International Airport. Be part of an exciting new chapter as we open our venues and welcome travellers from day one. We are hiring in the following stores: Mountain Culture Domestic and International, West Bound and Amist Cafe!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by Example – Demonstrate strong service standards, positive communication, and operational excellence.
  • Maintenance & Equipment Care – Assist with reporting and organising maintenance for coffee machines, grinders, EFTPOS terminals, and other equipment.
  • Performance Support – Provide feedback, recognise achievements, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Compliance – Uphold ARGA policies, including uniform standards, time and attendance, food safety, and customer service expectations.
  • Ongoing Learning – Participate in paid internal and external training to grow your skills.
  • Team Support – Assist with shift coverage and help maintain balanced workflow across the team.
  • Hands‑On Tasks – Contribute to cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a tidy workspace—teamwork makes the venue run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant service (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to make coffees
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and airport trading hours.
  • RSA certificate (required).
