About the role:

As a Heavy-Duty Night Cleaner, you’ll play an important role in keeping our commercial kitchens clean, safe and running efficiently. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in high standards.

This is a night shift position, working 1:00am – 7:00am across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deep cleaning large kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, stovetops and deep fryers

  • Cleaning range hoods, walls, ceilings and kitchen surfaces

  • Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards

  • Managing waste removal and keeping work areas organised

  • Working independently and as part of the team to support kitchen operations


You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are available to work night shifts (1am–7am)

  • Have previous kitchen or cleaning experience (preferred)

  • Enjoy hands-on, physical work and take pride in maintaining high standards

  • Can manage your time effectively and work independently

  • Are reliable, proactive, and take initiative

  • Communicate clearly and work effectively in a team

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
