We are a rapidly growing pet care business looking for animal lovers in all areas of greater Melbourne & regional Victoria.

We are looking for people who are as passionate about pets and animal welfare as we are to join our mission in pursuing a better world for animals.

We are looking for independent contractors to complete services for our clients.

These services include:

- Dog walking

- Pet sitting (overnight stays, anywhere from 1 night to 30 nights):
**Much preferred if you can host pets at your home too**

- Pet Visits (spending time with pets when their owners aren't home)

- Pet Daycare (Ideal for our carers who work from home or study from home and can keep pets company)

As a contractor, you would have the ability to pick and choose which jobs suit you and your schedule, so we can accommodate flexibility towards all lifestyles. As a contractor, you will need your own ABN, but we also help all of our pet carers to get themselves set up if they aren't already.
DISCLAIMER: This is not casual employment; it is a sub-contractor position. There is no set shifts or guaranteed work - Pooch & I will offer you dog walking & pet sitting jobs on a case-by-case basis whereby you are paid for completion of a job, not by hour.

Our mission is to always give a percentage of profits generated by caring for pets back to charities, rescue centres and animal welfare endeavours for all those animals out there that don't have a home or pet parents to look after them. Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour

  • Are you comfortable doing long pet sitting bookings? +14 nights in a row.
  • Do you have an understanding & are comfortable with the market rates for pet care services?

IE, Dog walking $20-$35, Pet Sitting $40-$55 per night, Pet Daycare $50-$70 per day.
