Joey Zaza's New York–style sandwich bar in the Perth CBD (St Georges Terrace) is known for big flavours and Nonna’s secret recipes. We’re on the hunt for a Front of House All-Rounder with sandwich-making skills and some coffee know-how, who’s keen to grow their barista game.

This role is all about energy, speed, and personality - from stacking and wrapping sandwiches to serving the lunch rush and jumping on the coffee machine. You’ll thrive if you love talking to people, working with fresh food, and keeping up with the city pace.

The Details:

• Weekday shifts available between 6 - 15:00
• Approx. 10 - 15 hrs per week
• Tuesday and Wednesday 11 - 15:00pm availability essential (other weekday shifts flexible)
• Casual role in the heart of Perth CBD

Please note: this is a part-time casual role - ideal for students or those after weekday hours. If you’re chasing full-time, this won’t be the right fit. We’re looking for someone who wants to stick around and grow with us long-term — loyalty and reliability mean everything in our crew.

• Has solid sandwich-making or café food prep experience
• Brings excellent customer service — friendly, chatty, and confident on POS
• Has some coffee-making experience (keen to learn and improve)
• Moves quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is reliable, loyal, and excited to grow with the business
