Role accountabilities:

Joining the Civil Structures team will give you first-hand experience across bridge and tunnel design, utilities, digital engineering, and drainage and flooding analysis. You will work on major civil infrastructure projects with both contractor and government clients. You will also gain mentorship, technical training, and opportunities to work on site with our construction partners and on interstate projects across Australia.


Qualification & Experience:

Above all, you are motivated by improving quality of life. You share our values of People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success, and Integrity. You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. You will also bring:

  • A strong interest in the work we do across engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation.
