- You have a recent tertiary degree in Civil Engineering
- You're motivated to learn and explore the vast world of opportunities in Civil Engineering
- You can demonstrate excellent communication skills, passionate about solving complex problems
- You might have gained teamwork experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
- You have relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
