About the role

To provide efficient, effective, professional and client focused administrative support, servicing areas which may require you to work within a 24/7 roster with short notice, requiring quickly adapting to workplace team dynamics.

Predominately the role will be required to cover unplanned, planned and extended ad hoc/emergent leave, and at times may be required to conduct administrative support to temporary projects/redevelopment type area.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide a high level of professional customer service whilst ensuring clients are dealt with and responded to professionally and efficiently
Provide a high level of administrative support with multidisciplinary team ensuring business needs are met to a high standard
Exercise judgment and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken
Ability to adapt to change to ensure continuous improvement in processes whilst providing quality care to patients, families and carers
Effectively communicate with patient, visitors and staff and demonstrate empathy, patience and a positive customer focus
