Position Information
Description & Requirements
Monadelphous is seeking a motivated Trainee Administration Assistant to join our Milton office. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in administration while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll work Monday to Friday with a close-knit team that supports operational activities and delivers high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Trainee Administration Assistant, you will develop practical skills and experience across a range of administrative tasks while working alongside experienced professionals. You will have access to culturally appropriate support and mentoring to help you settle into the workplace and learn new skills. This role would be suited to someone who is a recent school leaver, or someone with no prior experience looking to get into the administrative space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting reception with basic administrative tasks
- Spreadsheet management and data entry
- Exposure to Receptionist duties
- Exposure to Recruitment Administration duties.
- General office duties and administrative support.
You’ll gain valuable on-the-job training and build a strong foundation for a long-term career.
