About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
About you
We’re looking for individuals with:
- Customer service experience (highly desirable)
- A genuine interest in banking or financial services
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)
- Student visa holders are welcome!
What you will do
- Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:
- Providing account balances
- Replacing debit and credit cards
- Updating personal information
- Resolving issues with online banking
- Investigating transactions and disputes
- Managing fraud inquiries
- Logging complaints and capturing feedback
- Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols
Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.
Training period (on-site)
- Weeks 1–3: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
- Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm required
