Lead & Mentor: Talent-spot, train, and guide a team of motivated professionals, helping them optimise their own performance and reach their independent goals.

Build Relationships: Connect authentically with prospective global clients, handling inquiries with professional integrity.

Embrace Personal Growth: Fully engage with the success mindset principles at the core of our products, walking the talk and modelling continuous growth for your team.

Daily Operations: Manage your day-to-day activity and pipeline building using our existing streamlined online tools (CRM) and systems.

Who You Are

This role is tailored for a high-calibre professional who thrives in a remote, self starter environment and wants a professional pathway aligned with purpose and personal mastery.

Proven Track Record: Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, sales leadership, or a similar commercial field.
